Wi-Fi Bridging: It Connects Layer-2 Networks, Not Just Another Wi-Fi Name
When two rooms, two buildings, or two ends of a yard need to be connected without pulling cable, and the remote side has cameras, industrial devices, printers, or a switch, the requirement is often called wireless bridging. It looks similar to “make Wi-Fi usable farther away,” but it solves a different problem.
